Reductions for children
Children up to and including 2 years sharing their parents’ room are free of charge. Children aged 3 to 10 years receive a reduction of 50 % sharing their parents’ room. Children aged 10 to 14 years 25 % when sharing their parents’ room.
Resort taxes
Resort taxes for adults € 3,50 per person/per night.
Short stay supplement
We charge a short stay supplement of € 3,00 per person/per night on stays of up to 3 nights.
3 star guesthouse with organic kitchen
As a healthy diet and appreciation of nature are very important to us we only use certified organic produce.
Breakfast and half board
When you stay in our rooms breakfast is included, half board can also be booked (dinner on 6 days, no dinner on Sunday). Guests staying in apartments can also book the breakfast buffet or the half board.
Baby equipment
We provide highchairs and cots for our youngest guests.
Internet
Free Wi-Fi internet access is available in the whole guesthouse.
Vegetarians and allergy-sufferers
Our extensive breakfast buffet offers a range of produce for vegetarians, for persons with gluten intolerance or persons with lactose intolerance. We can also cater for allergery-sufferers. Please let us know your dietary requirements.
Schladming-Dachstein Sommercard
When you stay in our guesthouse you receive the Schladming Dachstein-“Sommercard” free of charge. This card entitles you to 100 free activities and lots of additional discounts.
Ramsauer winter guest card
The free Ramsau winter guest card offers a variety of discounts, e.g. on buses, on Dachstein Cable Car fares, on day tickets for the swimming pool in Ramsau etc.
Ski and waxing room
In winter a ski and waxing room with ski boot dryer is available for your winter sports equipment.
Parking
Plenty of free parking spaces are available in front of the guesthouse.
Smoking
We ask for your understanding that our guesthouse is strictly non-smoking.
Arrival & departure
On day of arrival rooms and apartments are ready by 2.00 pm. On day of departure accommodation should be vacated by 10.00 am. Early arrival or late departure available on request.
Payment conditions
To confirm your booking we require a deposit to be transferred to our account. The remainder should be paid on the evening prior to departure in cash or by EC card.
Cancellation conditions
Cancellation conditions according to Austrian Hotel Regulations apply.
Travel insurance
A booking is a purchase agreement. In the event of cancellation, late arrival or early departure cancellation fees will be incurred. Anything can happen (accident, illness etc.). Therefore we recommend you take out Travel Insurance.
